Something beautiful happened today though, he said "Happy Birthday" to his wife (my mum). We all cried...

It's the little things that mean a lot with dementia, Leanne! I'm always glad to hear someone else still has their dad.

I've been a caregiver the past couple years for my father.He has had this disease for over 15 years.
